WHAT STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES LAW IS REQUIRED BY GOLDLEAF REALTY?
NYS Department of State, Division of Licensing Services. Chapter 153 of the Laws of 2022, effective April 20, 2022.
Requirements for Buyers:
The prospective client is asked to sign the NYS Agency Disclosure form
Mortgage buyers must have a Pre-Approved Loan Letter from a local lender
Cash buyers must present proof of funds
A bank statement must show the buyer's name
The same statement date must be within the last 30 days
The buyer must provide valid identification to match financial documents
